Midlands Catering Projects were appointed to complete a full design and build at Redmoor Academy in Hinckley. The project involved stripping out the existing 1980s-style canteen and delivering a modern, efficient kitchen within a tight six-week programme during the summer holidays.
The client required a space that could reliably cater for up to 1,400 pupils, with durable, high-performing equipment to improve operational efficiency.
