The Larder Pump Rooms

The Brief

Midland’s brief was to transform the existing layout of the previous counter as it did not suit the vision and style for the new interior fit out required. The Larder Pump Room team wanted the counter to open and extended to create a flexible counter that can change the food and drink offerings through the seasons. The counter needed a finish that would last a life time and give the ‘wow’ factor to its customers.

The Solution

The project involved creating a design that used some of existing equipment and the addition of new equipment.

The counter was totally dismantled from its existing layout and was extended to accommodate a new larger coffee area, cold deli, grab-and-go food offering for a quicker food service for commuters.

The finish was in premium stone slate with a brass kick plinth and oak trims.

The Results

We were proud to have worked with Jane to bring this project to life. The counter has had an extra 3 metres added allowing for a greater food offering and space required for future expansion. The result and finish looks incredible and with the new stylish interior fit out, the whole eating experience is enhanced in a beautiful building setting.
