Cambridge Country Club

The Brief

We were asked to design the kitchen and ventilation for Cambridge Country Club. The ventilation and plant had to run through the building and be installed on the roof, so the noise didn’t interfere with the operation. The main Kitchen had to be designed to feed both Spikes Bar and the new restaurant. We worked alongside the client’s builders to complete the project.

The Solution

The kitchen was designed to have a centre island cooking area to feed the bar and the restaurant. The kitchen had a separate pizza area to supply pizzas to the bar. The pass was designed to enable both the bar and restaurant to be served simultaneously.

The Results

A lovely-looking kitchen equipped with a full Falcon Electric Cookline and the latest Rational I Combi Pro. The space is tight but works well with the designated chef areas. The building is amazing, and Midlands Catering Projects was honoured to be a part of the project.
