The Brief

The school was operating a hot box meal delivery service to the school and being served on mobile servery counters.

The school had a store room which needed to be converted into a small functioning kitchen to feed between 80 to 100 children. The room had to be food safe so required new hygiene walls and a non-slip floor.

Appoint a building contractor to strip out the existing room and fit out with new walls, floor and all mechanical services

Design a functional kitchen within the room space to provide an in-house meal service for the children.

The Results

A beautiful looking counter which fits in the room surroundings and offering a much better function for the new food offering.
