The Brief

@Sage Coffee House were opening a brand new coffee shop

Wendy & Rachael contacted us at the very early stages of their project, once they had found the perfect site they were looking for. They were totally new to hospitality & foodservice, both coming from backgrounds in teaching so they were quite keen to get some help on board quickly.

We were asked to undertake the design work for the back of house & servery areas, as well as to help where possible on the front of house aspects. We also provided them with some operational insight which helped get them moving towards their goal.

We provided the client with a fully equipped new back of house and servery area, and supplied a range of equipment including the following:

We underwent a full design period after the client accepted a Design Fee Proposal, enabling them to receive accurate pricing from both contractors and suppliers. This was an in depth process to ensure site conditions were taken into consideration and meant a lot had to change at various points. We worked with the contractors appointed by the client to ensure we delivered our aspects on time and within budget.
